We recommend gentle machine washing on a cold cycle or hand washing where possible. Turn garments inside out to protect embroidery. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. For best results, air dry flat. If tumble drying is necessary, use the lowest heat setting.
Can I iron embroidered items?
Yes—just place a thin cloth (such as a tea towel or pillowcase) over the embroidery and use a low heat setting. Never apply the iron directly onto the stitching.
What about blankets, loveys, and soft toys?
Machine wash on a delicate cycle with mild detergent. Air dry flat to preserve shape and softness. For loveys or smaller items, placing them inside a mesh laundry bag can provide extra protection.
How do I care for baskets and storage items?
Our baskets should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and left to air dry. Avoid soaking or machine washing to maintain structure and finish.

To protect the personalized design we recommend gentle hand washing with warm soapy water. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh cleaners that may scratch or wear down the print. Some items may be dishwasher safe on the top rack, but hand washing will always best preserve the customization and extend the life of your piece. For glassware, avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking.
