This website is operated by Livingly Designs, based in Chicago, Illinois.
Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Livingly Designs.
By using our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & Personalization
All items are made to order. Personalization details (names, dates, etc.) will be produced exactly as entered at checkout. Please double-check spellings, capitalization, and formatting.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors entered incorrectly by the customer.
Changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after purchase. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Digital mock-ups are available on request before production starts.
3. Production & Shipping
🚀 Production Time: 3–7 business days
📬 Shipping Time (U.S. domestic): 3–8 business days
🌍 International Shipping: Delivery times vary, typically 7–20 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
We are not liable for postal delays, customs clearance delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because our items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and information. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Orders must be paid in full at checkout before production begins.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, product descriptions, photographs, and website content are the intellectual property of Livingly Designs.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Website Use
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or malicious code.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
8. Privacy & Data
Personal information submitted to us is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order, communicate with you, and (if you opt in) send marketing updates.
9. Limitation of Liability
Livingly Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.
