Can I personalize my order? How does that work?
Of course — that’s what we’re all about! ✨ Every piece at Livingly Designs is made to order, which means you can add names, dates, or special details to make your gift truly unique. Just pop your personalization in the box on the product page before checkout. We copy your text exactly, so please double-check spellings, capital letters, and dates to be sure everything is perfect.
Can I see a preview before my order is made?
Yes, absolutely! If you’d like a digital preview, just leave a note at checkout. We’ll send you a mock-up for approval before production starts. This way you’ll know exactly what your design looks like before it’s stitched, printed, or engraved.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
We’ll do our best! If you need to update your personalization, reach out to us as quickly as possible. Once we’ve started production, changes may not be possible — but we’ll always try to help where we can.
How will I know if my order went through?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder just in case — and if it’s not there, drop us a message.
Shipping & returns
What is your shipping information?

✉️ Tracking: Sent via email as soon as your order leaves us.
We handcraft every item to order, so please allow up to a week for your gift to be made before shipping. Once it’s ready, your package will be on its way! Delivery times vary slightly depending on where you live.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because every order is custom-made just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like “change of mind” or incorrect spellings. Please check your details carefully before confirming your order.
What is your return/refund policy?
We’ll always make it right! If there’s an error on our side or your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay. Basically, if you can click, tap, or swipe it, you can shop with it. 🛒
Do prices include taxes?
All prices shown on our site include tax where applicable. For international orders, local customs charges may apply — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
